  • Staff Classification and Compensation Project (implementation Fall 2024)
    • Organizing jobs in a clear structure that consistently categorizes the work being performed across the institution, standardizing the approach to job classification, and providing fair and competitive compensation, both internally and in comparison to the external market, while providing pathways for growth and promotion.
  • Faculty Compensation Project (implementation Fall 2024)
  • Regularly Administered Employee Engagement Survey (in development)
  • Adoption of an Employee Value Proposition (in development)
  • Increasing the size and quality of applicant pools (in development)
  • A reduction in proportion of annual workforce turnover (in development)
