Update on Implementation of Compensation Projects

Dear Staff, Faculty and Graduate Assistants, 

We’re excited to announce another milestone in the implementation of our Staff Classification and Compensation, Faculty Compensation and Graduate Assistant Compensation Benchmarking projects.  

Units will begin to share any potential compensation impacts of the projects with employees and graduate assistants this month. Staff will also find out how their positions have been mapped in the university’s new staff job classification architecture. The goal is for this to be completed before the end of September. You should expect to hear from your leaders soon. 

We encourage you to use the Compensation Projects website as a resource to learn more about the purpose, implementation and benefits of this significant investment in our people.
